IMPORTANT DATES:

June 1^st, 2024: Sportworx Production began accepting deposits from gyms
September 15^th 2023: Last day for the early bird discount.
November 15^th,2023: Scratch deadline and final payments due. All entry fees DUE !!!! Gyms that paid a deposit must pay any remaining balance to guarantee entry in the 2024 Frosty Bayside Invitational.
December 15^th, 2023 Level Changes after December 15^th,2023 Cannot Be Guaranteed
January 19-21^st 2023: (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) meet dates

Adults 13 and older: $25.00

Children under 6: Free

Children 6-13 : $15:00

Seniors and Veterans: $15:00

Sportworx will be selling event tickets online and at the venue.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT IF REGISTERED BY SEPTEMBER 15th 2023.

Optional (level 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) $135.00 – Early Registration – $130.00
Compulsories (levels 2, 3, 4 & 5) $130.00 – Early registration – $125.00
XCEL (Diamond thru Sapphire) $135.00 – Early Registration – $130.00
XCEL (Bronze, Silver, Gold) $130.00 – Early Registration – $125.00
Teams ($60.00) per level (All clubs with 4 or more gymnasts are automatically entered into a team.( 3 Scores count)
